This is a picture of my grandparents, Bill and Dot Stewart, with their children.  The children, from left to right, are Sandy, Ginger (my mother), and Billie.  The person holding the flag was probably Sara Cline, my grandmother's mother. The picture was probably taken in 1940 on the front steps of my grandparents' house in Robinson, PA.
